LetsStartUp

As I write this post, there are 248 Limited Liability Partnerships(LLP) already registered in India. An LLP combines the features of a limited liability company and a partnership. Incorporating a company's features, a partner in an LLP is not liable for the actions of other partners. Like a partnership and unlike a company, there are no elaborate requirements of audits, share distribution etc and hence makes for a very entrepreneur friendly corporate structure.
Infact LetsStartUp.com is owned by Queppelin Technologies LLP and we will be happy to share our knowledge and experience on registering the same. Do write in to us.
Though registering an LLP with the registrar office in Delhi does'nt cost you much, the total cost would be in the range of Rs 6000 - Rs 9000 which would include the fees of your CA, getting your DIN, digital signature etc. Visit the govt. of India website llp.gov.in for more info.

I had been thinking that you, as a user or a start-up, should be able to announce to the world what you are up to, if you have any immediate requirements, any updates, achievements or any new release of your startup... Something representing "Now"... So here is LSU Broadcast where you can do all this. You can update your broadcasts from the home page, your user profile or your startup profile. These updates will be broadcasted on LSU as well as on twitter. Hope to see you all actively using this.
I'll catch you next time here on the blog.. Till then..stay connected and LetsStartUp.

To increase the communication with our users, we present the corporate blog of LSU. We'll keep you updated with what's happening at LSU, upcoming features, interesting startup stories and more... We would also love to hear from you, your thoughts, suggetions and everything else under the sun. One more thing. Whenever you've had a spree hard working days/nights and feel like unwinding a bit, do join us over a rock music jam session or a cup of coffee.
Stay connected and LetsStartUp.
